Maintenance Clerk
Hours 7 – 330 p.m. Saturday as scheduled by department manager, Hours are subject to change and will be discussed during the interview process. Reports into Plant Engineer.

Qualifications: 

• Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details
• Self-starter and very organized
• Computer experience – Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work etc
• Bilingual preferred but not mandatory
• Must have great attendance and punctuality
• Team Player

Responsibilities: 

• Answer phone calls, make copies, fax
• Excel Spreadsheets, Microsoft office product knowledge required.
• Reports, attendance, responsible for kronos daily and schedules maintained.
• Complete paperwork – job changes, termination paper, safety, job placement, sample of product for corporate
• Working directly with payroll, HR, training and safety departments, and purchasing dept.
• Required to go to production floor

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits: 

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
• Paid time off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays; 
• 401(k): eligible after 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule
• Base pay range of $43,680 - $52,520.
