You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. Responsibilities Manage client accounts and update information in the database. Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Build Trust with Customers through Reliable Quality service Help Agency achieve Growth Goals by focusing on customer needs and providing solutions for customers Assist customer inquiries in person, over the phone, via email, and text message. Money Handling, taking customer payments. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field can help boost starting base salary. Detail oriented with strong work ethic Ability to multi-task and follow up for Quality control and Excellent customer service delivery Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Looking for the skills and confidence to run a business in the future?
