What You'll Do: - Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of resident apartments and common areas. - Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly utilized and stored according to safety guidelines. - Respond promptly to resident requests and inquiries, providing exceptional service with a friendly and caring attitude. - Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing resident clothing and linens. - Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any maintenance issues or repairs within the community.
