Assistant Manager

Role: Assistant Manager at a plasma donation center, overseeing donor activities, compliance, staffing, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: monitor donor flow, manage supplies and expenses, ensure regulatory adherence, oversee staff performance and training, and maintain donor satisfaction. Act as liaison between daily operations and the Center Director, participating in audits and corrective actions. Requirements: 4+ years in the medical field with 2+ years supervisory experience; college degree in business or biological sciences preferred or equivalent experience. High-Value: experience in blood/plasma center operations, FDA and cGMP compliance, staff management, and process improvement.
