Maintaining the integrity of workforce data, the full-time HR Data Specialist will manage employee records within the PeopleSoft HCM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records within the PeopleSoft HCM system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity Process HR transactions related to hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations Audit and validate employee data to ensure compliance with organizational policies and HR standards Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience working in PeopleSoft HCM or a similar enterprise HRIS
