Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead and manage a team of five
• Oversee shared services management with a focus on AR/AP
• Drive process improvements and system automation
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and general ledger processes
• Collaborate on SAP migration projects

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Shared Services
• 7-10 years of experience in shared services
• Management experience
• Experience with organizations of 1,000+ employees
• Exposure to general ledger and accounting principles

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SAP / S4 Hana
• Background in AP/AR management
• Process improvement and automation skills
