Accounts Receivable Analyst

Perks Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hybrid: Mon/Fri WFH; Tues–Thurs onsite) Weekly paycheck Pay: $31.00 / hr Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities Perform accounts receivable analysis, identifying trends, root causes, and improving cash flow processes Generate and execute solution plans while coordinating with offshore AR teams and internal stakeholders Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve issues, improve processes, and provide training Support cash application, reconciliations, and GL month-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance Requirements 2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable or transaction-based accounting (preferably in large organizations) Experience with cash application, lockboxes, and reconciliation processes Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), EDI, ACH, or e-commerce tools preferred Location / Assignment This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
