We're seeking a dependable and detail-focused Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to join our clinical laboratory team. Whether you're just starting out or looking for your next opportunity, you'll find a welcoming, growth-oriented environment here.

Key Responsibilities:

Run Diagnostic Tests: Process blood, fluid, and tissue samples accurately
Operate Lab Equipment: Maintain and troubleshoot instruments to ensure performance
Support Clinical Teams: Provide timely and reliable results to assist in diagnosis and care
Ensure Compliance: Follow CLIA, CAP, and internal quality control standards

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Medical/Clinical Laboratory Technology or related field
MLT certification (ASCP, AMT, or eligibility)
Detail-oriented with strong teamwork and communication skills
