Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local manufacturing company in Peru, IL seeking a dependable and professional HR Administrative Assistant for a temporary 3-6-month assignment. This position will support the Human Resources department with a variety of administrative and recruiting functions.

Responsibilities:

Assist with recruiting and candidate communication
Maintain and organize employee files and records
Perform data entry and database updates
Support general office and clerical functions
Assist with HR-related projects and administrative tasks
Work periodically within plant office environments as needed

Qualifications:

Previous office, administrative, or clerical experience required
Recruiting or HR support experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient with basic computer programs and data entry
Comfortable working in both office and plant settings when required

Important Notes:

Assignment is expected to last approximately 3-6 months.
