About Us
GPS Solutions partners with schools and organizations across Michigan to provide innovative educational and business solutions. We're looking for a creative, motivated Marketing & Social Media Strategist Intern to join our Marketing, Messaging & Sales team and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
- Design graphics using Canva
- Capture and edit photos and videos during school visits and special events
- Schedule and manage social media content
- Monitor engagement and prepare performance reports
- Assist with digital advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Support enrollment campaigns and community outreach
- Help organize marketing assets and online content
Qualifications
Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, creative, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred
- Experience with Canva
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Experience creating short-form video content
- Knowledge of social media scheduling tools such as Buffer
- Basic photography or videography experience
