Title: Attorney‑Advisor (Contracts) (NH‑0905‑03) Location: Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) – 75th Air Base Wing, Hill AFB, Layton, UT. Overview: In this role you will serve as an attorney and advisor within the Acquisitions and Fiscal Law Division. You will provide counsel to contracting and program management personnel regarding formation, negotiation, administration and termination of contracts and other legal agreements. You will also provide guidance on acquisition litigation, administrative law, ethics, standards of conduct, commercial law, foreign military sales, intellectual property, and more, while offering legal assistance to active‑duty military, dependents, eligible civilian employees and retirees. Salary Range (2026): $89,508 – $138,370 per year Job Open Date: 05/29/2026 Job Close Date: 06/05/2026 Responsibilities Provide legal counsel on contract formation, negotiation, administration and termination. Advise on acquisition litigation, administrative law, ethics, standards of conduct, commercial law, foreign military sales, intellectual property, and related matters. Offer legal assistance to active‑duty military, dependents, eligible civilian employees and retirees. Qualifications U.S. Citizenship required. Obtain and maintain a Security clearance. Licensed to practice law by a U.S. state, Commonwealth, Territory or the District of Columbia bar. Graduated from an American Bar Association accredited law school (LLB or JD).
