Role Description The Sales and Marketing Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Wilmington, DE. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting NexArch Engineering’s structural, mechanical, and design services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, managing sales pipelines, and coordinating with engineering teams to align service offerings with client needs. The professional will plan and execute marketing campaigns, develop content and materials that highlight the company’s technical capabilities, and track performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to refine messaging and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels is a key aspect of this position. Qualifications Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation. Marketing and digital marketing skills, such as campaign planning, social media management, and content creation. Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to engineering and technical services. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams. Familiarity with engineering or construction industry services; experience with structural, mechanical, or design projects is an advantage. Proficiency in using CRM tools and common office software for tracking sales activities and preparing reports. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
