Digital Sales Associate ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate to sell our payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits solutions to clients using the latest digital technology. Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans. Execute a sales strategy targeting decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family. Sell cloud‑based HR solutions and cultivate additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. Required Qualifications Acumen Using New Tools. Quick learner of new tools and technology; leverage insights and real‑time data to assist clients throughout their buying journey. Positive Self‑Starter. Upbeat, persistent style with proactive outreach and ability to manage time and present ideas professionally. Continuous Learner. Constantly learning, growing, and questioning past approaches to improve performance. Education and Experience. A college degree is not required. Acceptable experience includes two or more years of sales experience, a sales internship, or military experience that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, and negotiation. Preferred Qualifications Prior quota‑carrying experience. Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms. Experience with video platforms.
