AI Operations Lead

Driving AI transformation across the organization, the full-time AI Operations Lead will manage the product definition for AI workflows, engage with teams to identify high-leverage opportunities, and establish a champion network while working remotely. Key responsibilities Map current-state workflows across teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities for improvement Define product requirements and success criteria for Claude skills and workflows, collaborating closely with engineering for implementation Develop and grow a champion network to ensure sustainable adoption and maintenance of AI workflows across the organization Required qualifications 5-8 years of experience in product management, workflow, or process design, with a focus on cross-departmental initiatives Strong instincts in workflow and process design, capable of identifying necessary changes in operating models Ability to translate business problems into clear requirements for engineering teams Proven interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration across diverse teams Experience in defining reusable systems and patterns rather than solving problems repeatedly
