Location: Kapolei, HI
Pay: Around $30 per hour (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Start Time: Early shift starting around 5:30 AM

We are looking for a professional and safety-minded CDL Class A Driver with experience in equipment transport to join a growing operation based in Kapolei, Oahu . This is a great opportunity for someone who's confident behind the wheel, understands the importance of securing heavy loads properly, and wants to be part of a team that supports major construction efforts across the island.

This role isn't just about driving-it's about reliability, coordination, and precision . You'll be responsible for transporting heavy equipment and construction machinery such as excavators, loaders, forklifts, and other material-handling vehicles using flatbeds, lowboys, and step-deck trailers. Job sites will include a range of environments, from busy city streets to rugged terrain, so experience operating in diverse conditions is a plus.

• Safely and efficiently transport heavy construction equipment across the island

• Operate a variety of trailers including lowboys, flatbeds, and step-decks

• Load and unload machinery, ensuring proper placement and securement using chains, binders, and straps

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain safety checklists

• Keep the truck clean and in good working order, reporting any issues immediately

• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage, and delivery documentation

• Coordinate closely with dispatchers, yard managers, and field crews for timely pickups and drop-offs

• Follow all DOT, company, and jobsite-specific safety requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License with no restrictions

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating tractor-trailers

• Comfortable driving manual transmissions (10-, 13-, or 18-speed)

• Solid understanding of load securement best practices

• Strong safety record and clean driving history

• Dependable transportation to and from the yard or dispatch site

• Prior experience hauling heavy machinery or equipment

• Familiarity with Oahu roadways, routes, and job site delivery procedures

• Experience working on active construction sites

• Knowledge of working with flatbeds, lowboys, or step-decks

• TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential), if available

• Competitive pay at approximately $30/hour , based on your experience and skill level
