Whether you are just starting your career, or have some phlebotomy experience, we're here to help you leverage the extensive phlebotomy training provided, develop your talents, and perform at your best. Your impact as a Mobile Phlebotomist is vital. You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.### What to Expect### Schedule: Monday through Friday, Occasional weekends and 3 overnight stays per month (All expenses paid, and Hotel room provided)### **Base pay:** $16.45 - $17.15 / Hour### **Other compensation: 5% mobile premium. Plus $4,000 Sign on Bonus**### Start Date: 9/14/2026### Training Information:* 10-week Paid Mandatory Training program.
