Hotel General Manager Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000 annually Position Overview Donohoe Hospitality is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Hotel General Manager to lead operations and drive performance at one of our premier Marriott properties. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces innovation, and can balance exceptional guest experiences with strong financial performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who inspires teams, builds community connections, and creates a culture where associates feel empowered to succeed. A strong Food & Beverage background is highly preferred, along with a proven record of improving profitability, enhancing guest satisfaction, increasing market share, and developing high-performing teams. What You'll Do As General Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across all hotel departments, including guest services, housekeeping, engineering, food & beverage, sales, and finance. Key responsibilities include:
- Drive overall hotel performance, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop, manage, and achieve annual revenue and expense goals.
- Analyze financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements, forecasts, and
- Lead revenue optimization strategies to maximize occupancy and room revenue.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to grow market share and strengthen
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain exceptional hospitality talent.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence.
- Maintain a visible presence throughout the hotel and actively engage with
- Experience leading, developing, and motivating diverse teams.
- Strong business acumen and operational decision-making skills.
