Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success. Lead & engage – primary point of contact for resolving concerns, supporting directives from the Area or District Manager, and driving operational excellence. Team Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, time‑management and conflict‑resolution skills. Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
