Caregiver / Personal Care Attendant- Part-Time or Full-Time

We're looking for dedicated Personal Care Attendants to provide exceptional care and support to seniors throughout the Peninsula — from San Francisco to Palo Alto.

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: $20–$25 per hour + overtime for extended shifts
Weekly Pay: Every Friday
Flexible Shifts: Full-time or part-time (12, 8, or 4 hours)

Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Attendant, you will:

Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Help with mobility and safe transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations)
Maintain communication with clients, families, and the care team
Document client wellbeing and care activities

Requirements:

Eligibility to work in the U.S.
California Home Care Aide Registration/HCA/PER ID (or willing to register and we can assist)
TB test (required)
At least 1 year of home care experience (CNA or HHA is a plus)
COVID-19 vaccination record or booster (if available)
Reliable transportation.
Punctual and dependable.
