Midwest Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is seeking a Line Lead based in Reed City, Michigan. This role provides safety and servant-based leadership to achieve breakthrough production results and ownership of daily to 90-day plans to hit performance goals. On the floor, you’ll develop the operating teams’ capability, work with the Process and Maintenance Leads, and ensure budget targets for CPC are met, including overtime, waste, and holds. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lactalis USA
