What You’ll Do Translate complex human‑centered design (HCD) insights and strategic opportunities into novel, tangible physical product concepts. Develop compelling product proposals by synthesizing quantitative customer data with qualitative insights to define core value propositions. Provide leading expertise in form exploration, ergonomics, and material considerations. Create initial low‑fidelity prototypes—both physical and digital renderings or models—to communicate and evaluate design intent early in the development process. Think holistically across physical and digital touchpoints to integrate physical product design with digital user experiences. Lead design evaluation activities, including co‑creation sessions and design research, and iterate on designs based on feedback. Must‑Have Qualifications Expert level professional experience with more than 10 years in Industrial Design. Skilled in core design tools including Blender, Rhino, Alias, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and VRED. Comfortable working on ambiguous, front‑end “advanced design” problems with a high degree of autonomy and strategic thinking.
