Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on a per-shift basis.
• Supervise and delegate care to nursing staff as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the nursing leadership to ensure high-quality nursing care and competency among clinical staff.
• Manage resources effectively to optimize patient care.
