Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab. Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Provide education to patients and caregivers to promote independence. Collaborate with peers and refer patients as needed. As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back . In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You are a healer and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work. You are equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is to design a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities. You are adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings. You are a teammate and are looking for collaboration with your peers, while also happy to make referrals to help your patient get the care they need to thrive. If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you! Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. Posted Salary Range USD $47.00 - $55.00 /Hr.
