Job Description & Requirements Travel Physical Therapist required for a 13‑week assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Ossipee, New Hampshire. Working 8‑hour day shifts, 40 hours per week. Start date ASAP. Responsibilities include: assessing physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, educating patients on injury prevention and pain management, monitoring progress, adjusting plans for optimal recovery, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate patient records.
