This is a Full Time, Direct Hire (Onsite) position. This company will be operating as a startup with the resources and brand of a top company in the space. Tons of growth potential. Role: Supply Chain Management (K Beauty products) Must have: 7-12 experience in K Beauty Retailers (NOT 3PL or logistics) Reason for the opening: New position Comp: $65k-$100k, +15% bonus [Demand plan & Stock management] Forecast ordering quantity from U.S. local partners based on the predicted demand. Collaborate on demand planning with U.S. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure that store in-stock levels and local partners' needs are surpassed Forecast demand volume, oversee the import of products from the Korea logistics center, and ensure smooth logistics operations Collaborate on demand planning with U.S. and Global SCM Team (Korea Headquarter) Monitor and manage slow-moving inventory, implementing strategies to reduce excess stock. Lead initiatives to optimize and manage the flow of inventory within the supply chain network. Delivery frequency, case size, Returns if necessary, waste etc. [Logistics management] Manage the overall 3PL logistics operations Manage inbound and outbound logistics at the warehouse, ensuring efficient flow of goods Control and analyze logistics costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings Report logistics costs, inventory days, shortage every month Negotiate logistics rates and contracts with 3PL. Collaborate with Global SCM team in Korea to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of supply chain activities. Basic Qualifications: 6~8 years of relevant work experience in the areas of Demand Forecasting, Ordering, Inventory control and Logistics Management. Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain-related fields. Effective communication in Korean with Korea HQ is essential, and the ability to communicate in Korean is required. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to partner to deliver business results. Experience collaborating with Sales, Operations, and third-party logistics stakeholders Experience in the e-Commerce and/or Retail industry is preferred. Dual Language capability in English and Korean is preferred. Ability to analyze data effectively; strong Excel skills required, other technical skills preferred. A passion for growth and taking on increasing responsibilities and challenges.
