Clinical Lab Scientist-Full Time Evenings-Temecula Valley Hospital

Responsibilities The CLS accurately reads, interprets, records, and maintains records of patient testing, and is required to learn new procedures/assignments in a timely manner. The Clinical Lab Scientist maintains an up-to-date working knowledge of all technical procedures in the department and operation of all instrumentation. The CLS routinely reviews pending reports and investigates and manages all outstanding specimen/test issues and delays, and consults with or apprises the CLS, Manager, or Medical Director regarding matters beyond their scope of responsibility or knowledge.
