Clinical Operations Leader

The University of Chicago is seeking an Operations Manager to provide comprehensive administrative and business support for the Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism section. You will partner with faculty, providers, and leadership to ensure compliant, efficient operations and robust scheduling processes.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, travel, and events; maintaining databases; onboarding new staff; and resolving routine administrative issues, while protecting confidentiality
