This facility operates an active inpatient and surgical program with 16 anesthesia rooms, supporting comprehensive anesthesia services across general and cardiac specialties. The facility functions under a physician supervision model and maintains established perioperative protocols designed to support quality patient care delivery. Anesthesiologist coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Clinicians on assignment may explore outdoor destinations such as St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park, as well as historical landmarks including the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument and the St. Augustine Lighthouse. Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts at an inpatient and operating room facility in St. Augustine, Florida, with shift options of 8, 10, and 12 hours; in-house call coverage is required. The surgical case mix includes general and cardiac procedures across 16 anesthesia rooms, with the anesthesiologist supervising CRNAs under a 1:3-4 staffing model while also performing independent cases. Documentation is conducted via Epic EMR for all patient care activities. Board certification in Anesthesiology and a cardiac fellowship are required; candidates without a Florida license will be considered, with a credentialing timeframe of 30 days.
