What Youll Be Doing

This isnt a cookie-cutter roleyour days will be dynamic and clinically rewarding:

Open heart & structural heart cases
Thoracic and vascular procedures
Robotic lung program
Cardiac + general anesthesia coverage

~1,300 cases annually = consistent volume without chaos

The Compensation (Lets Be RealIt Matters)

Market-adjusted base + cardiac stipend
$50K sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance
Generous call pay
Quarterly performance bonuses

Youll be well-compensated for high-level workperiod.

What You Bring

MD or DO + ACGME Anesthesiology residency
Board Certified/Eligible in Anesthesiology
Cardiac anesthesia training preferred
Florida license (or eligibility)
