• Schedule: Physicians 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Midwives 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts (day and night rotations)
• Hours per Week: Flexible based on coverage needs
• Employment Type: Locum/Temporary
• Licenses/Certifications: Ohio medical license, DEA, board certification in OB/GYN
• Experience: Prior obstetric hospitalist experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $19,500.00 (gross per week as noted, to be discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do

• Provide OB hospitalist coverage for labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies, including urgent situations
• Perform deliveries, including VBACs, C-sections, breech, and multiple births
• Assist with gynecological procedures such as tubal ligations and minor surgeries
• Collaborate with onsite RNs and CNMs to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document care via Epic EMR system
• Participate in call coverage as scheduled during night shifts
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and OB/GYN standards

What You Need

• Required:
  • Ohio medical license and current DEA registration
  • Board certified or eligible in OB/GYN
  • Minimum of 2 years of OB hospitalist experience
  • Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Preferred:
  • Experience with high-risk obstetrics and labor management
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and on-call rotations
