Work Location: Bradenton, FL JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, reports, and audits Manage the cash flow and treasury functions of the organization Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and provide recommendations for improvement Collaborate with departmental managers to develop and monitor budgets and financial plans Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and accuracy Support the goals and mission of MCR Health Adhere to the safety policies and procedures of MCR Health Perform month-end close Perform other duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr MCR Health, Inc
