About the Role:
Join DISCOUNT AUTO REPAIR LLC as a Warranty Clerk Auto Parts Manager, where you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective warranty management. Be part of a dynamic team in Merrillville, IN, dedicated to providing top-notch auto repair and service.

Responsibilities:
Manage warranty claims and processes for vehicles under warranty.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues.
Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and customer interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing warranty inquiries.
Analyze warranty data to identify trends and improve service quality.
Train and support staff on warranty policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with warranty policies and industry regulations.
Assist in inventory management related to warranty returns.
Requirements:
Proven experience in auto parts management or warranty processing.
Strong understanding of automotive parts and warranty policies.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
