The Cost of Care Analyst is a highly analytical and independent problem solver in the health plans who can:
- Comprehend and digest complex data reports
- Identify issues, trends, and solutions
- Drive execution through completion of initiatives
- Use data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision makers
- Provide subject-matter expertise related to reporting and analysis
- Possess a high degree of operational knowledge related to the health plan
- Work collaboratively with business leaders to meet demands
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 5 years of related experience (required)
- Familiar with SQL and Tableau (preferred)
- Strong Excel experience (preferred)
- QNXT and CSC (preferred)
