We are seeking a QC Technician-Inspector to join our team! You will conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
• Part Testing using test fixtures and tensile tester
• Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations
• Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects
• Participate in routine visual inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

​​ Qualifications:

• Be able to inspect & measure parts using micrometers, calipers, Smart Scope, comparator, gage blocks, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Hand tools and equipment – ability to work with gauges, calipers, micrometers, scales, indicators, and other items necessary to complete the inspection of molded parts and components
• Experience in Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturing, or related industry is preferred
• The ability to work and communicate within a team, fast-paced environment
• Ability to read drawing/prints
• Have Geometric and drawing dimension comprehension training or certification is a plus
• Requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Control
• MUST be able to prove eligibility to work in the United States
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
