Billing Specialist

Job Description LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with reputable company local to Willow Grove, PA. We are seeking a detail oriented Billing Specialist to support billing, payroll, and customer service operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate invoicing, timely customer support, and resolution of billing and payroll discrepancies. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Billing Specialist Location: Willow Grove, PA, 19090 Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote - after 30-60 days of training fully onsite Pay Rate: $20-$24 per hour Essential Functions Timesheet and Billing Preparation Prepare accurate timesheet documentation and billing support materials Generate, review, and mail invoices to customers Process billing adjustments, recycled invoices, invoice cancellations, credit memos, and rate adjustments Field and Customer Support Respond to incoming phone requests and customer inquiries Address invoicing questions and adjustment requests in a timely manner Provide support to internal teams related to billing and payroll concerns Payroll and Accounts Receivable Support Process payroll adjustments including back pay, manual checks, and payroll corrections Research and resolve payroll discrepancies Research and take action on accounts receivable reconciliation requests Handle work in progress (WIP) write offs as needed Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience Working knowledge of general office administration and clerical procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, tact, and discretion Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to work with some supervision Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret multiple data sets accurately Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
