Orab, OH 45154 Hours: Full-time Degree Required: Bachelor's in Social Work License Required: Dual license LSW / CDCA LCDC II, LCDC III Degree Preferred: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy License Preferred: Dual License: LSW, LPC, MFT / CDCA, LCDC II, LCDC III Experience working with individuals in substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment is a plus! Description: Develop a program to increase the voice of youth within the county focusing on SUD Provide SUD service to include individual, family, group psychotherapy/counseling and case management services to youth, families, and adults in an office setting and/or within the community. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address holistic client needs. Conduct risk and diagnostic assessments, develop and implement individual service plans. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Participate in and facilitate treatment team meetings with clients and their families.
