Physical Therapist (Sign on Bonus!)- Full Time

Physical Therapist

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You will help adult outpatient orthopedic patients move better, feel better, and stay activewhether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term musculoskeletal conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Doctoral, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA, or degree appropriate for PTA applicants if applying as a PTA.
• Active Florida PT or PTA license is required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Role Details & Clinical Environment:

• Location: Outpatient clinic in Jacksonville, FL (near the Southside).
• Hiring for PTs and PTAs. Three immediate openings at this location; additional openings expected after renovations.
• Patient population: adult outpatient orthopedics only.
• Treatment model: mix of 1:1 and concurrent care with common overlapping appointment times. PTAs work with PTs but are not exclusively assigned to a single PT.
• Typical staffing varies by clinic from 3 to 11 therapists on site.
• Team-focused environment. Candidates must collaborate closely with physicians and internal teams.
