Assistant Manager Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$21.00 to $23.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
Various shifts available (Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 07:00pm)

Assist in meeting sales and operational goals
Train, mentor, and motivate baristas & shift supervisors
Manage inventory and maintain appealing displays
Ensure top-tier customer service and address concerns
Analyze sales trends and optimize business strategies
Schedule staff and maintain a clean, safe environment

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

Starbucks Experience HIGHLY preferred- 2+ years experience in a supervisory or management role
Strong leadership, teamwork, and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in POS, scheduling & inventory management
