As a Project Manager with Marlin Construction

*Your experience in the following areas will drive your success in this role.*

* Risk Management
* Comprehensive understanding of Civil Drawings and Geotechnical reports
* Preconstruction Management
* Contract Management
* Field Knowledge of Utility Installations and Earthwork
* Time Management

*We have outlined the skill-set necessary for a candidate's success in this role below.*

* Minimum of 5 years of work in Site Work
* Use of B2W
* Use of takeoff software
* Knowledge of dewatering, underground utilities, mass earthwork
* Management of Multiple Projects
* Projects to $15mm
