About the Position

Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Western Colorado

Start Date: November 17, 2026

Location: Western Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends; call rotation typically one 12-hour shift every 6 weeks

Highlights:

• Family Birth Place Team providing comprehensive L&D with OR, PACU, and postpartum couplet care
• Current volume of 60 deliveries per month, with growth anticipated to 80+ deliveries in coming months
• Care for infants 32 weeks gestation and up in a supportive, evidence-based practice environment
• Collaborative team focused on providing exceptional patient experiences
• RN Charge experience required
• Mission-driven regional hospital offering scope, technology, and clinical expertise

Requirements:

• Current Colorado RN license or valid Compact license to practice in Colorado
• Active certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE
• L&D Charge RN experience required
• Strong team player with compassionate care approach and clinical expertise
• Limited time-off requests preferred; immediate availability
• Must complete Colorado CAPS requirement prior to start
• Flu vaccination required (October 1 through April 1, no exemptions)
• Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from facility location
