Medical, dental vision, 401k and many other benefits are available without a waiting period.General Dynamics- Ordnance and Tactical Systems is recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician position for the Marion, IL location.ResponsibilitiesEmployee will conduct maintenance electronics work in a production facility.Troubleshooting electronic, hydraulic and pneumatically controlled systems.Candidate will need to be able to work any shift assigned.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent combination of experienceFive years experience in Industrial Electrical maintenance work and pass a written test covering specific and general requirements.Preferred Qualifications:Any HVAC experience is a plusKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with supervision and fellow employeesMust have the ability to read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety signs and instructionsMust be able to perform basic mathMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsPre-employment background and medical screening will be required if selected for hire.Must be able to work all shifts and overtime, as requiredOther Requirements:The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only.
