About Us:
Join our compassionate team as a Licensed Hourly Caregiver in New Jersey. We are looking for dedicated individuals with CHHA certification to provide essential care and support to those in need.
Responsibilities:
Personal Care Assistance: Support clients with daily activities like grooming, dressing, and mobility.
Medication Management: Administer medications according to prescribed schedules.
Companionship: Foster a positive environment through emotional support and engaging interactions.
Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals, considering dietary needs.
Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients.
Mobility Support: Assist with mobility exercises and accompany clients on outings.
Communication: Keep detailed records and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family.
Qualifications:
CHHA Certification: Valid Certified Home Health Aide certification in New Jersey.
Licensed Caregiver: Current license to practice as a caregiver in New Jersey.
Compassion: Demonstrate empathy in providing care to individuals with diverse needs.
Reliability: Punctual and committed to scheduled shifts.
Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
