Senior Business Analyst/Program ManagerA Chicago based bank is launching a strategic fintech partnership with a third party company to scale small business lending, and they need a senior Business Analyst/Program Manager to lead the entire governance, risk, financial approval, and vendor management process required to get the initiative approved and into production. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Program Manager to lead governance, risk, and third-party management activities for strategic initiatives within a large financial services environment. This individual will serve as the central point of contact responsible for managing business case development, risk assessments, financial analysis, stakeholder coordination, executive approvals, and vendor governance throughout the initiative lifecycle. Based on the source documents, the role combines business analysis, program management, governance, risk coordination, and third-party management responsibilities. The main responsibility will be documentation and requirements gathering.
