Five Below is seeking a Customer Experience Manager at the West Dearborn, MI location. You will train crew on the BEST customer service experience and lead the store to achieve customer service goals while ensuring front-end operations and merchandising meet brand standards. You will also manage opening/closing, store cleanliness, and recovery, and act as the store manager in their absence.
