Online Quality AuditorDemKota Ranch Beef - Aberdeen, SD 57401OverviewPosition Type: Full Time Job Shift: DayDescriptionPosition Summary:An Online Quality Auditor will be responsible for online quality inspections. This position is responsible for ensuring the product is always within specifications.An Online Quality Auditor will work closely with Production and other Quality/Food Safety Inspectors to ensure products are being produced within written specifications and programs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Perform online inspection of products for specifications for up to two production lines.Understand product and/or packaging specifications for assigned area.Effectively communicate with production supervisors and managers so that product that is not in compliance with the specifications can be addressed in a timely manner.Other duties as assignedQualificationsJob Requirements:Experience in a beef plant preferred, but not necessaryMust be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication.Must have the ability to read and write English.Age 18 & authorized to work in the USAbility to sit, stand or walk up to 8-10 hrs. a dayLift 50 lbs. occasionallyWork Environment:Ability to work in hot or cold work environment and must obey safety rules & exercise caution in all work activities.
