Senior Business Analyst, Commercial EconomicsLocation: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)The Senior Business Analyst, Commercial Economics supports customer analytics across IB Legal, helping drive revenue growth and margin improvement. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Lifecycle teams to generate insights that inform key Commercial and GTM decisions across the platform. A successful candidate in this role will leverage a blend of hands-on business intelligence, commercial foresight, and advanced AI proficiency. IB Legal is consolidating multiple legacy businesses into a unified commercial platform, and this role will flex AI fluency, strategic thinking and tactical execution to support customer insights and performance across products and channels.Key ResponsibilitiesApply AI modeling to build contraction, expansion, and usage reporting across customer segments and various packaging motionsIdentify opportunities to improve revenue, retention, and margin through data-driven insightsEvaluate bundle performance and cross-sell opportunities across the portfolioPartner with sales and lifecycle teams to assess customer performance and identify expansion opportunitiesEfficiently extract data from various sources, manipulate, validate, and turn numbers into actionable insights to drive commercial policies and decisionsDeploy AI-driven modeling to identify behavioral patterns, align data across various sources, and streamline existing processes to hone a crisp point of view across platforms.What You'll Work OnIntegrate AI-driven methodologies across analytics, data architecture, pattern recognition, forecast modeling, and various tactical execution toolsIdentify customer behavior patterns across customer segmentsBundle performance and cross-sell optimizationCustomer retention and expansion insightsSupporting commercial decision-making with data and analysisQualifications3–6 years in analytics to support business growth, strategy, and/or operationsAt least one year of experience leveraging AI to identify behavioral patterns, align data across various sources, or build forecast modeling.Experience working with customer data, revenue modeling, or financial analyticsStrong SQL query and Excel skillsAdvanced AI proficiencyStrong communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to mine, manipulate, and analyze large, complex datasets from disparate systems or sources, and transform it into actionable insights for the businessSuccess in RoleClear insights that influence business leadership decisionsImproved topline, lifetime value and margin performanceWorld-class communication, including a strong sense of when to give more detail and when to deliver a concise messageInternet Brands®, headquartered in El Segundo, Calif, is a fully integrated online media and software services company focused on four high-value vertical categories: Health, Automotive, Legal, and Home/Travel.
