Human Resource Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator for our client, a growing organization looking to add to their HR team. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR functions and ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, professional, and eager to learn and grow within the HR field. Responsibilities Support recruiting and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and facilitating new hire orientations. Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. Serve as a point of contact for candidates and new hires throughout the recruitment and onboarding experience. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Process employment-related documentation, including offer letters, personnel changes, and employee files. Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company-wide events. Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team and business leaders as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred. Internship experience or 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Administrative Support, Customer Service, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong attention to detail and desire to develop a career in Human Resources.
