What You’ll DoAs a Customer Service Associate, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks to keep things exciting. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers with a warm and welcoming attitude. - Providing product information and ensuring a positive shopping experience. - Handling physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs, using stairs, and staying on your feet throughout the day. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. - Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
This is an active role where no two days are the same, so if you enjoy staying busy and engaging with people, you’ll thrive here!
What We’re Looking ForTo succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. - A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills. - The ability to handle physical tasks comfortably (lifting, stairs, and standing). - A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
