As our  Front Desk Coordinator , you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, families, visitors, and community partners. Your professionalism, warmth, and organization will help set the tone for a positive experience every day.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients, families, visitors, vendors, and staff.
• Manage check-in, check-out, and visitor procedures .
• Answer and route phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records.
• Handle messages, mail, deliveries, and basic data entry.
• Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
• Support daily office operations and facility procedures.
• Protect confidential information and follow HIPAA and privacy requirements .
• Help maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is professional, organized, dependable, and service-minded.

Required:

• A receptionist, customer service, administrative, or office support experience .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications .
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and fingerprinting.

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare, disability services, adult day services, medical offices, or human services.
• Associate degree or administrative certification.
