Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory is seeking anembalmer/funeral director position to be responsible for preparation, cremation and care of the deceased for multiple locations from a central embalming care center and crematory. Funeral service delivery is also included in the job responsibilities.
The position is responsible for coverage every other weekend.
Requirements:
• Licensed Missouri embalmer or the ability to obtain reciprocal license from your state quickly.
• Licensed Missouri funeral director or the ability to obtain reciprocal license from your state quickly.
• Certified Crematory Operator, or the ability to obtain proper certification
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Office
Position Expectations:

• Identify ways to streamline and/or improve work processes and efficiencies
• Maintain positive working relationships with fellow staff members
• Handle customer challenges with willingness, friendliness and the right attitude
• Accommodate customer needs with flexibility to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
• Multitask, prioritize and organize
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and rules
